Welcome! Im Amanda the host of Own It! Since you are here I am going to confidently assume you have listened to my podcast and loved it! If you haven’t yet… Get to it!!!
Why Own it? I am passionate about anything that leads you to be a better person! There is so much information available about exercise, fitness, nutrition etc. This is all great but Brain Health is just as important. When you learn how to manage your mind everything else including your physical health will fall into place or as in my case you will accept what is and Own It! Learning to Own my story and Own my thoughts has propelled me forward at a lightning speed and this Podcast is my next step in the healing process. Episode 1 of my podcast will give you an introduction to why I am so passionate about learning to Own it! For so long I would hide in shame from my past and present. My depression, anxiety, health you name it I would avoid it if it caused any sort of pain! When I finally decided to Own It! Own my story! My life! My health!
